Our tailored programs and teams of specially trained instructors will help you reach all of your wellness goals. Our neuroscience wellness programs combine weekly exercise and education to keep your mind and body active, and help you live a full life. Our structured programs offer many physical, cognitive and social benefits, with a dedicated curriculum tailored to your condition and function level. Participants in these programs have reported improvements not only in their ability to manage symptoms, but also in their sense of motivation, energy and self-esteem.
Parkinson's Disease Wellness
This 12-week program is designed to help people manage Parkinson’s disease symptoms by improving strength, flexibility and balance. Participants will connect with others who share their condition and be empowered to make healthy choices that influence their overall well-being — ultimately helping them transition to an independent fitness regimen. The program includes: Biweekly, 60-minute exercise sessions Parkinson’s disease education and resources Assessments before and after the program to measure functional improvement and quality of life improvement This 12-week program is designed to help people manage symptoms of multiple sclerosis by improving strength, balance and endurance. Participants will be empowered to make healthy choices that influence their overall well-being — ultimately helping them transition to an independent fitness regimen. Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury Wellness
This eight-week wellness program is designed for people who have had a stroke or acquired brain injury. Participants will establish an exercise program that focuses on balance, walking and endurance training. The program includes: 60-minute exercise sessions three times per week Stroke and brain injury education and resources Assessments before and after the program to assess and measure functional improvement This 12-week program was designed for people living with paralysis. Participants will improve their physical strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. The program includes: Biweekly, 60-minute exercise sessions that include cardiovascular fitness, total-body strengthening and balance training SCI Education and resources Assessments before and after the program to assess and measure functional improvement
Members-only group fitness classes We believe that exercising together with a group of people facing similar challenges and working toward similar goals is more powerful than doing it alone. We encourage our members to participate in our group fitness classes designed to meet your personal interests, neurologic condition and physical abilities. Our classes vary in difficulty and intensity level, including chair-based, basic and advanced options.

Group fitness classes Our group fitness classes combine strength and cardiovascular exercises. Classes are open to all members and include total body strengthening, balance and core, boot camp, dance, drumming and more.
Mind and body classes Our mind and body classes are open to all members and designed to meet your physical, mental and spiritual wellness needs. Classes include yoga, pilates and yo-chi.
Diagnosis-specific classes These fitness classes are designed to meet the unique physical and cognitive challenges of your neurologic condition. They are the next step for members who have completed one of our neurologic wellness programs for MS, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, acquired brain injury or spinal cord injury.
Care partner classes Care partners can enroll in membership here at our center and are encouraged to attend all group fitness, mind and body classes — either with your partner or while your partner is participating. Care partners may also exercise independently using the open gym.
Balance classes Our balance classes range from basic to advanced. In class, you will work on balance fundamentals all the way up to dynamic balance challenges. If you're looking for a progressive balance program, we offer a seven-week program that includes home exercises and education.
Aquatics classes Our center partners with the McConnell Heart Health Center to provide our Neuro Splash program. This program can be taken once or twice a week for eight weeks. The pool offers a lift chair for assistance. Participants who need additional pool support can bring a personal assistant.
Virtual classes We offer a variety of live virtual classes throughout the week, ranging from chair-based to-high intensity. Additionally, we have a full library of recorded content for our members.
Community education and support We will offer education and support classes to our neuroscience, cognitive and older adult communities. Some topics include stress management, community resources, energy conservation, nutrition and care partners support.
