Firstly, they have absolutely beautiful ring designs and a huge range of lab grown diamonds, you’ll have a hard time choosing a favourite to proceed with. Secondly, the staff are so down to earth, friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Emily and Janaya for their incredible help and advice. We live abroad and they conducted great and several virtual consultations where you can view a range of rings and ask as many questions as you need. Thirdly, their website and customer portal is better than most of the jewellers I researched, it’s easy to craft your perfect design and they can adjust things for you too. Finally they are highly communicative from start to finish, everything from the store team and billing to the workshop, any delays or delivery which makes the entire process very stress-free and allows you to focus on the special day.
