Paul Beukema possesses extensive experience in learning and development primarily within the food and beverage sector. Since joining Ecolab in April 2000, Paul has held various managerial roles, including Global Learning and Development Manager for Pharma and Personal Care, Global Food and Beverage Safety Health and Environment Business Partner, and North America Learning and Development for Food and Beverage. Prior to Ecolab, Paul served as an Account Manager at Pig Improvement Company from June 1995 to January 2000. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education from Iowa State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Agricultural Business and Management from Ellsworth Community College. Additionally, Paul is currently pursuing training at the World Wide College of Auctioneering.
