RingCentral Service Outage

Our phone system is completely offline. No email from RingCentral, just the following message on service status. I am unable to contact customer suppo

Here in a Flooring Company in Santa Clara California we are experiencing the same issue too the phone system is down i can’t seem to make any inbound or outbound calls i really need this to be fixed! since i need to continue working and calling my clients!

 

I think i called customer service like 10 times nobody could hear me and i was hang up on! i can even submit a case online or chat to anybody online! this is terrible!
