Ensure that your Apple Pencil Pro is properly paired with your iPad Pro M4 or iPad Air M2. You should note that the new Apple Pencil Pro is only compatible with these models of iPad. If the Pencil is already paired with your iPad, delete the Pencil from iPad settings: Settings > Bluetooth > [My Devices] Apple Pencil - tap the associated blue "i" button, then select Forget this Device Having removed the pairing, perform a restart of your iPad: Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button) If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following: Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button. Press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button. After the iPad restarts, pair the Pencil with the iPad. To do so, simply attach the Pencil to the iPad's magnetic charging dock - and check that the Pencil has paired with the host iPad: Settings > Bluetooth > [My Devices] Apple Pencil - indicates "Connected" Settings > Apple Pencil - check that the Pencil is charging If all is well, your Apple Pencil Pro should now be visible within the Find My App. Should you continue to have difficulties, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support.
