Ang Mutya ng Section E (The Jewel of Section E) is a 2025 Philippine coming-of-age romantic comedy drama series based on the bestselling Wattpad book trilogy by the Filipino author Lara Flores, who is better known by her pseudonym Eatmore2behappy.

The series stars Andres Muhlach, Ashtine Olviga⁣⁣, and Rabin Angeles and is directed by Theodore Boborol, who is known for Annaliza, Just the Way You Are, Vince and Kath and James, and The Rain in España.

The second season of the series was confirmed in May 2025.

Plot

Jay-jay is a high school student who transfers to the prestigious Higher Value International School after getting expelled from her old school. Anticipating a fresh start, she is unexpectedly placed in Section E, the school's most notorious and unruly class, comprised entirely of male students. The boys of Section E, led by their grumpy class president, Keifer, are determined to drive Jay-jay away, viewing her presence as an intrusion into their chaotic domain. Undeterred, Jay-jay confronts their pranks and schemes with resilience and wit, challenging the dynamics of the group.

The cast of Ang Mutya ng Section E was officially revealed on November 8, 2024, during a live event on Studio Viva's official Facebook page. The main cast includes Andres Muhlach as Mark Keifer Watson, Ashtine Olviga as Jasper Jean "Jay-jay" Fernandez Mariano, and Rabin Angeles as Yuri Hanamitchi.

The series premiered on January 3, 2025, on the Viva One streaming service.

The second season of the series titled Ang Mutya ng Section E: The Dark Side was confirmed in May 2025.
